People and businesses are fleeing from Md.
When Ehrlich (R) was governor, slots were evil. Once O’Malley
was elected, slots were going to help balance MD’s budget problems. Trouble is, it was too late. Va, Pa, and De were already years ahead of Md. If Md was not the home of so many federal employees, it would be under water.
As Ron Smith would say, Md lives off of the federal teat.

Absolutely right. Feds and an army of contractors doing government work. (In actuality, the contractors DO the work under the charade of government “managers”.)
