The worst thing that can happen to a revolutionary movement without a clear idea of their own vision, and how to make it work, is to have the revolution succeed.

One need ony point to the French revolution, which had no objective other than to smash the existing ruling class. They had absolutely no idea how to run a government, other than to continue to destroy their enemies.

Worse, they kept on redefining “enemies” until there were no sensible folks left.
