NAACP Conventioneers squander moral ground In booing Romney Speech

The NAACP has managed to make its once highly regarded stellar civil rights organization into now, nothing more than a convenient political punch-toy of the national democrat political organization. Witness its most recent exhibition of predictable disrespect toward presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney when he spoke before the assembled leadership in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, July 11th.

Although the Romney campaign had anticipated this type of unprofessional reception toward Romney, it speaks volumes concerning just who makes up the organization’s leadership and if they truly represent the true civil rights of the African American Community.

Consider the facts.

In the African American community in Ohio, and other states, Obama has failed miserably in addressing unemployment and jobs. In fact, Obama's dismal economic policies have quadrupled the misery index in Ohio communities, like Cleveland, Akron, Toledo and many others. In June, while the nation’s unemployment rate remained steady at 8.2 percent, the unemployment rate for African Americans actually increased to 14.4 percent! Failed Obamanomics at work!...

Eh? They did that long before Romney ever showed up. Maybe like sometime back in the 1970's when they became a wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC.

What makes anyone think they had any "moral" ground to begin with? And why is it that if I attended a NAAWP (White People) convention I would immediately be labeled a racist, but the blacks can have the NAACP, Black Caucus, United Negro College Fund and on and on, and these are OK? I'm sick of the race card and blacks expecting to receive preferential treatment.

Idiot lib reporters said that Romney was speaking to his own audience rather than the people at the NAACP. What??? So after running on an anti-Obama-care platform all year, he was supposed to tell the NAACP people that he was for it? What kind of insane asylum do these nuts live in? Do they believe Romney was supposed to wink at the audience and tell them he was actually for Obama-care??!!! And that news would not get out to conservatives? Sometimes (most times) you have to wonder if working for Big Media means surrendering all your mental faculties.

Roger that. They never had an ounce of morality in the first place.

I actually had to admire the guy a little (not a big Mitt fan). He definitely did not go in there and pander to them as so many of the GOPe like to do.

I’d be damned to be associated with any type of racial organization.

Hopefully this backfires like the Democrats booing the Republicans at the Paul Wellstone funerally.

I’m not a big Romney fan either. I just can’t believe the stupidity (or maybe I can) of the liberal media when they’re stunned that Romney would go into a virtually 100% lib/leftist assemblage and tell them what he really thinks. Like Romney should have lied to them.
