Aiming to “Go Galt” by August-Sept. Going Galt won’t be some political statement here, though, it will be because we’re trying to pull our belts VERY tight prior to Obama-car/Taxmageddon. There will only be $$$ for necessities, if those.
Retail sales are down for the last 3 months.
I think Americans already went Galt.
Gasoline is up .30 cents a gallon in the last few weeks. Media silent.
Food prices continue to soar.
48million are using food stamps now.
Go Galt, some of us have been Galt for a long time now.
I disappeared from the work force in April of this year.
How about going all “Sam Adams” and dumping government taxed tea into the harbor?
As best as one can, try to buy local foods; scale back on everything possible; if practical, move your cash to a local credit union and in general support your local mom-n-pops.
Now some of the GOP statist governors are supporting an internet tax.
I fear the only way to restore economic freedom is to “Go Galt or Go Sam Adams.”

Atlas Shrugged Part 2 is opening 10-12-12 with an all new cast and a bigger budget. Lots of guest appearances, like Grover Norquist and Jonathan Hoenig. I was on the set for the Readen trial and the Francisco Money Speech. This is going to be better because Part 2 of the Novel has more red meat.I am really excited about this movie.

I am in general agreement with you but torn between choking back the puke and pulling the lever for Mitt or writing in Scott Walker.
