...Gramps returned from the war never having seen real combat, and the family headed to California, where he enrolled at Berkeley under the GI bill. But the classroom couldn’t contain his ambitions, his restlessness, and so the family moved again, first back to Kansas, then through a series of small Texas towns, then finally to Seattle, where they stayed long enough for my mother to finish high school. Gramps worked as a furniture salesman; they bought a house and found themselves bridge partners. They were pleased that my mother proved bright in school, although when she was offered early admission into the University of Chicago, my grandfather forbade her to go, deciding that she was still too young to be living on her own...’

(excerpt, "Dreams from my Father")

And that's all we've got aside from a few very suspicious looking photographs...

The French Club image - also undated.

The French Club pic looks like a boys face to me.

I agree that their can be some suspicions regarding the facts encapsulated by these pictures. However, on my examination they appear much less likely to be photo shopped than many of the pictures provided which allegedly document BOH jr.’s life, such as the airport picture and the park bench picture.

I am talking about this on a qualitative scale, meaning that they could be manipulated, but appear to have less obvious photoshop work than these others. Do you agree?

I was thinking last night; what other evidence is there of the Dunhams living on Mercer Island?

And I assume that the reference in “Dreams” of SAD and Chicago is in case some truth surfaces?

The French Club photo - SAD’s dark hair and shirt are “darker” than other dark haired people. More density or whatever it’s called, saturation? Looks strange.

The French Club image

The SAD image seems imported. She is the only girl with a dark shirt (all the others are white),and a patterned skirt. Also the girl in front of her is wrong. She is the only one wearing a striped shirt.
