It's been sent to others who have the resources and personnel to check and affirm....Patience is a virtue. We've waited since 2006 with multiply documents being pulled out from under/ just disappearing. Until Breitbart found a solid blue pamphlet it was all archive material from the net.
We've known since 2008 that Kenya's records for the period were kept at an archive at OXford. None of us had the resources or know how to access them.
