The ruling Judge has given no rational reasoning behind his decision. Apparently there is no one disputing that Pollinger was indeed registered in NJ as a Democrat and had been for 42 years and only changed his registration to Republican in January of 2012.
His being on the ballot as a Rep. is a clear violation of the Fla law. It is unclear how the plaintiff on an expedited appeal can fail to have this bizarre ruling overturned.

Your video would be more effective if you would proof read it and correct the spelling errors.
As soon as someone sees mistakes like that you lose credibility with them.

I watched Part I of the video and didn’t see any spelling errors. Certainly I may have missed something, but nothing glaring jumped out.
But I would like to know the stated justification of the judge in ruling in favor of Pollinger.
