Under our supposedly postracial president, everything is all about race — including school discipline, which Obama has decreed will be meted out according to skin color:

The obvious point is to reward a privileged group that is more likely to behave disruptively. One of the many ham-fisted executive orders through which Obama rules specifically states that “African Americans … disproportionately experience school discipline.” Therefore, they are to be rewarded with lighter punishment. Belonging to a group whose members are less likely to behave like criminal savages will be correspondingly punished.
Reward bad behavior, punish good behavior, and be prepared to blame “racists” when the inevitable results are catastrophic. This is liberal social engineering in a nutshell.

When I first read this article I chalked it up as “satire”. Apparently it isn’t satire, it’s just a normal, routine, racist, help-me-get-reelected, unconstitutional Executive Order from our Leftist Prez.
It’s time for all freedom lovers to pull their kids out of public schools.

Obama, knows about this because his family was involved in the slave trade for generations, back when the Luo were capturing slaves and selling them to Arab Slave traders. (Not so long ago, as the English didn't get the Kenya slave trade under control until the 1920's!)
So now whenever a black kid steps out of line in school (Imagine that!) a white kid, or as close as they can come, will have to punished.

This will result will be an exodus of children from public to private school by parents who care that their children are well educate.
Just a variation of “disparate impact” of lending policies on minorities in the Fair Lending Rules. If you want to talk about a compliance nightmare, this is one of them.
There has been an unending stream of these kind of regs since control of Congress went to the Democrats in 2006 and it is virtually impossible to comply. And it is probably going to get a whole lot worse with Dodd-Frank’s Consumer Finance Protection Board. Tyrrany has already arrived. I have never been so angry in my entire life!
Hopefully you are correct. I learned in my public HS that most inner city people are trash, and blacks are the most racist group of people.
Apparently, we now live in a country that only represents 12% of the population through these new policies.

You know you are very close to losing the battle when various talking heads in the “Mainly Socialist Media” are comfortable in OPENLY supporting socialism even to the point of challenging others by “what is wrong with socialism” (Bob Beckel).
One of the biggest mistakes was to ever allow government to educate our children. Knowing fully well how corrupt governments have been throughout history, what were we thinking. Myself included.
School discipline has been race-based for decades.
When I was in high school (too many years ago to comment on) we had a black Vice-Principal who always sat along side our white Principal. (in schools with a black Principal the roles were reversed). The job of the Vice-Principal was to impose suspensions on white kids if the number of black kids suspended got too far out front (in the same way referees at hockey games make “even-up” penalty calls). Gotta make it FAIR, ya know.
That’s what I was attempting to say. Your way was far more direct and understandable.
