Someone asked if she could sue for using her image in a video.
The answer is yes.
Unless she signed a model release form or other made other written agreements allowing the public use of her image, she can sue.
If I were her, I’d sue him and see how “purposeful” he felt afterwards.
I would help pay for her attorney.
