It’s a damned shame that the Paulbots have more courage in this regard than many conservatives. In just two days Tea Party conservatives have flexed muscle in Chick-Fil-A and the Texas run-off but still we act like we have to take what is served up. I just don’t get it.

Maybe we can learn something from the left. They got to where they are by baby steps. The pattern is simply two forward and one backwards, but nevertheless they moved on with their agenda while America slept.
How often have we heard that such and such is this, so therefore I will never vote for him and sit out at home. Sounds like the Conservative Movement needs to move beyond the present and to the future.
We should take a lesson from Voltaire:
Le mieux est l'ennemi du bien.
or
The best is the enemy of the good.
We have forgotten The Eleventh Commandment of Ronald Reagan have we not?
Just look how Freepers tore Sarah Palin apart during the primaries. Heck, every candidate that came down the line. I'm sure you remember the most vocal ones. Heck, they are still here. I'm sure they are happy with their accomplishments. Are we?
I'll admit that I will be wearing a clothes pin on my nose in the voting booth, but I have not forgotten how important Congress is.
JMHO. YMMV.

Too many of our Conservative friends are Republicans first.
They are simply outing themselves.
