Re the criminalization (or at least the marginalization of Christianity) I think they were in error on 2 points:
1. They over-estimated their own allies’ support
2. The underestimated the solidarity and robustness of Christians and their supporters.
Indeed, when both sides are fighting, they lose.
They’re tactics so far have been to make sure we don’t see the threat and don’t fight back.
