My current company was founded in Silicon Valley, and has been a big mover/shaker in CA for over 20 years. However, whispers in the wind indicate it may be considering moving a lot of it's operations out of CA due to the oppressive, expensive, and repressive business climate. I have no doubt that additional crap like this is only going to hasten CA's demise. I was asked to consider moving there, and it took all of a nanosecond to turn the offer down.
IL, NY, MI are not far behind...
