If you’re serious, Glock G19 and training. It fires 9mm so good stopping power and manageable recoil. Once a full magazine is inserted and a round chambered all you have to do is pull the trigger to fire. Training because you want to be able to hit your target and all you have to do to fire it, after it’s made ready, is pull the trigger. It’s a quality, reliable gun for not a lot of money, relatively speaking.
