Its not possible to win elections without getting a good percentage of the moderates and independents, the same one's he's turned off with his crazy-as-hell rhetoric.

By the fact that rest of the world, other than a small minority of poster's here at FR and Claire McCaskill are calling him a raving lunatic. His comments were so far off-base, so in opposition to medical science that he might as well have argued that the world is flat.
