Civil War 2 a.k.a. rebellion will invite invasion from China/Russia/etc. so it’s a bad idea.
Even if we have a civil war, China or Russia neither one would be stupid enough to invade. The decision to throw every nuclear weapon we have at them would be lots easier if there were trouble on the home front. Also, whose”side” would they claim to be on? Their economies would be collapsing too. Kinda reminds me of K Mart merging with Sears....
