I watch White Collar and never saw a gay thing mentioned. Are we watching the same show? If you are missing it this year, it is good. I am just confused by you saying it is a homosexual show. What am I missing? lol.

The only time I’ve watched NBC in the last 6 months was for the Olympic Games, even then I coudn’t stand how they spent 1 segment on actual performances and 3 segmants on “personal stories” with Bob Costas! NO THANKS...I am just shy of BOYCOTTING ALL CHANNELS except to watch sports....

No. That is just it. It is NOT a homosexual show. They just put in a random thing that had no purpose, no relevance, no reason to be there. It was, as I recall, the season right after the one where the sidekick paranoid guy seemed to get killed. The episode was not about anything remotely related to anyone’s sex and then they just tossed in, casually, that the woman assistant was a Lesbian and showed her with her significant other, etc. etc. I don’t mind when this is a part of a plot line overall and in some way relevant, but when it is so disjointed from the rest of the story it feels gratuitous, disruptive to the story and a bit insulting. I’d feel the same if they threw in a minute of a 75 year old main character going home to her 20 year old lover boy and then just went back to the story as usual. I may at some point go back to it, but I expect more of writers than trying to slip in an agenda on me like that.
