Yet, the unemployment rate in NC is currently 9.6%, up from 9.0% in January of 2009, higher than the national average of 8.3%. And the industry with the most net gains in NC, like everywhere else, has been Professional & Business Services >> Employment Services >> Temporary Help Services.
