Say the Cairo Embassy apology is the inevitable consequence of a foreign policy that turns its back on our ally Israel and favors violent (and, coincidentally, misogynistic and racist) forces who oppose freedom of speech and freedom of religion.
Point out that we are exporting coal to China and refusing to pipe oil to the US from Canada while the White House prostrates itself to potentates and dictators heading ruthless totalitarian regimes.
That's a start.
Add the choice of not meeting Netiyahu, campaigning instead.
