Yes, thanks. What a 911 story. The Venezuelans I know are very warm people. It only takes one tyrant to mess up a whole country, as we Americans are well aware now. I saw the 2016 movie this week - the anti-colonialist backlash message/hypothesis (with a layer of social/communism on top) is a great match for what both Obama and Chavez do as chief executives of government. Tyrants ruling by fiat and terror.
Diving Bonaire sounds wonderful. I got PADI certified when living in Egypt, Open-water, Advanced and Rescue too. I always heard Bonaire has the best diving in the western hemisphere. The Red Sea is world class too.
