I’m not sure I’d describe Bill Clinton as a progressive: he certainly governed far more to the center than Obama has ever tried to do, though arguably he was forced to do so by a Republican House. My friend he has moved to the left big time since 1992 for sure though his wife is. It is an easier day to be left and progressive today. Tragically there is no shame in it today.
