Anyone else find this a bit ironic?
The media will continue to do Obama’s dirty work. He will go on Letterman and make fun of Obama. Last week they made fun of Eastwood who was telling the truth.
They can’t answer for sending our troops and spending hundreds of millions to put Muzzies in power.
So they... deflect and attack Romney. Blame the filmmaker. Blame anyone but OBAMA who is 100% responsible.
I think a really good question ought to be, that if some nation where we have an embassy, permits rioters to attack our embassy and attempt to kidnap or kill our citizens in that embassy, why we don’t put those US Marine guards to good use with belt fed machine guns and other weaponry?
This is actually a real question.
Think about the logic of us *not* doing this.
The first thing the State Department would say is, “We don’t want to *offend* the host nation.”
What? They are *required* by treaty to protect our embassy, and they have failed to do so. So they have ZERO right to protest us defending ourselves against their rioting citizens that have entered the grounds of our embassy.
Instead, let us put this in perspective with the battle of Mogadishu, Somalia.
“The battle resulted in approximately 18 (US) deaths, 73 (US) wounded, and 1 (US) helicopter pilot captured amongst the raid party and rescue forces. US sources estimate between 1,500 and 3,000 Somali casualties.”
This was an improvisational event in the middle of Mogadishu, with little or no defensive cover. In short, we kicked their ass up one side and down the other.
Now imagine what a squad of US Marines with belt fed machine guns and other weapons could do in a fortified US embassy defensive position, authorized to take out anyone crossing the walls to get inside the embassy compound. With quite a killing field to go before they even reached the actual buildings.
Bottom line: rioters would quickly learn to stay *outside* of the walls of our embassy and not to **** with us.
“Go ahead and riot out there! Have fun! We’ll send a note to your government protesting their impotence against the rioters and their subsequent violation of treaty. But if any of you forehead beaters cross the wall into our compound, you can kiss your buttocks goodbye.”
There is a reason the Obama protection agency in the “News Media” is busy spinning this on a movie no one has ever heard of.
You can see the blatant coordination of coverage. All the usual Progressive Fascists Democrats in the “news” media are using the same words and talking points. The mobs in the ME aren’t chanting about this movie, they are chanting “1 billion Osamas”.
