While Nanny Bloomberg has finally gotten his way with a ban on large sodas in New York City, a bag tax was passed on the citizens on San Francisco and preachers were arrested for speaking in public in New Orleans.

So what does Bloomers’ Gestapo do to people who go in and buy two or three 16 oz drinks? Shoot ‘em?

How stupid is this and it has to be totally unconstitutional.

All it does is jack up the price because of packaging and handling. Do they really think this will kill the market. What a bunch of .......

Nearly all of the fast food places in California offer self-serve drinks. The customer is given an empty cup which he/she can refill as many times as they want at the self-serve soft drink machines. Sounds like the NYC fast food joints need to follow suit.
