I’m calling BS on the Carville quote. Even he’s not that stupid to let a quote like that get out there. Its made up, out of context or a combination of both.
I’m afraid you give the guy too much credit. If you’ve watched him during TV appearances, once he gets his mouth running, he’s nearly impossible to shut up. He’s the official poster boy for stream of consciousness diatribes.
Couple that with a few belts of booze at a private meeting with the other Demoncrap insiders (which happens a lot with them) and that quotation makes perfect sense.
