Indians have been dealing with moslems for centuries. They know what's up. The problem there is vast hinterlands where civil government is sparse. Assam state is in the far northeast, practically cut off from the body of India by Bangla Desh.

Natives of India do not tend to being politically correct, in spite of the stiff-upper-lip Brit influence. And they can be as merciless as the koranimals, specially defending their own turf.

Why this problem drags on for them is perplexing. That's why Pakistan was created, to rid India of all traces of koranimals.
