I say this tape is bad news for Romney. Who're the ones who came out in massive, unseen numbers last election? That's right, the Blacks. They are no where near as energized this time around. But this video might spark something.
Our only hope is that they'll see this video and realize they were played last time around.
Seems to me it would spark the blacks into seeing how BO treats them. Thinks they are nothing but a bunch of people with their hands out. I would be embarrassed to support him if I were black.
So did he divert all the suburb money to the cities? No. There has been a persistent story that inner city blacks are dissappointed in him and that he didn't deliver on his promises.
This can provoke two different reactions. From whites, shock that he is not who he claimed, and blacks will be reminded that he didn't deliver.
