Tape the debate; watch the baseball games

Probably tune in and out of debates and on FR. More likely to watch Sons of Guns on Discovery....or re-runs of South Park until tonights new South Park making fun of Cartman being fat and Honey Boo-Boo! LOL

My Cardinals are in. I won't see any games / debates until later as I'll be between my 4 kids 4 baseball/softball practices tonight. But I'll be listening to Vin & the Dodgers & hoping Hamilton hits a couple of homers to keep Cabrerra from winning the Triple Crown. Not that I'm a big Yaz fan, I just like to preserve the old records.

The only way to watch a debate is to hear Rush’ opening the next day and NOT watch it. Obama is not allowed on my TV screen. My wife and kids know that. When an Obama commercial
comes on the screen, it takes less than 1/2 second and it’s been changed.

Working late nights this time of year. I have about an hour and a half or so after I get home until time to go to bed. I sure ain’t spending an hour of that watching the debate. I’ll DVR it and then delete in on Friday without watching it after I’ve read all the coverage and figure I don’t need to watch it.

I can’t stand thinking about him for more than 10 minutes much less looking at and listening to him for 2 hours. No, thanks. I’d rather catch up on some housecleaning. Cleaning the bathroom seems appropriate.

Not sure what standings you’re looking at but the Yankees are up by one game as of today (94/67 vs. 93/68). If they lose tonight and Baltimore wins then it’s my understanding the tie breakers favor the Orioles (better record against the East). Either way they’re both already in the playoffs.

Depending on what Hamilton does, Cabrera may not play tonight. He hasn’t taken a break since August. As of now he’s in the lineup but it all depends on Hamilton now.

The East team will be in the ALDS because the Rangers won’t put up a fight.

Yes, by all means, watch baseball citizens. After all, grown men playing a kid’s game is much more important than the future of America. After baseball, tune in to a new Comedy Central show, “Bread and Circuses”

Not yet but Cabrera only needs to tie to win the triple crown.

i workout a lot and box on Sunday mornings...every time i hit the heavy bag or go one-on-one with the trainer who’s wearing hand pads, i imagine obama’s face on the receiving end...

I'd love it if he wins it outright. What an amazing feat for him and the team.

I’m doing a shot every time Obama says “bush” or “previous administration”. Better run and get another bottle of herradura...
