"Geez" said another. "We can get Alan Colmes to do the same crap for 1/20 the price. And at least this way we keep in in the family." ( For those who aren't aware, Colmes is married to Monica Crowley's sister.)
Ailes is known to have regretted signing Williams to the big deal, especially since NPR senior management gloats about it all the time at industry gatherings. He'd just love to be able to move Juan's contract, but as yet has found no takers.
Would Ailes be willing to pick up some of the cost of William's contract to make the deal? When asked, he smiled, and said, "it's open. Anything and everything is always on the table in negotiations. But they'd have to give me something back in return. Maybe S.E. Cupp. She shows a lot of potential. Could be a major leaguer in the near future."

I really miss S.E. Cupp on Red Eye. I wondered what had happened to her, she used to be something of a regular. I didn't realize she had gone over to the "dark side." I'd forgive her in a second.

Letting Shep go is a start. I got fed up with his obnoxious snark long ago and FOX can do better. He’s merely the best of bad choices during the time slot.
Juan’s.... Often not very sharp but he generally isn’t cruel/unkind. I think most of the time, he genuinely believes what he’s saying and the liberal spin. Which is sad.
I really don’t watch FOX much at all any more over the past couple of years. I used to constantly keep it on in the background during the day. Now the TV’s pretty much just off.
Depending on the changes FOX makes, I’d probably go back to viewing again tho.

Juan is an idiot. I used to have some respect for him, but he is so ill-informed, ignorant, and argumentative that i just can’t stand him anymore. He’s dumb as a rock, but at least a rock doesn’t try to shout people down.
