Yup, men on horseback, or on foot on well traveled routes, can get anywhere they wish to go, and have been doing so for the last 4200 years pret'near. Before that it was harder and you'd need to stick to rivers and streams because it was really hard to drag those boats over dry land.
There are three major calendric models at work these days ~ the lunar, solar and siderially adjusted lunar ~ calendars. Not sure that following any one of them will tell you which church to go to ~ does anyone know?
