Yep, pure BS. Before I left Michigan last year, I don’t recall seeing as much as a shed being built since 2008. No new construction whatsoever, only empty, foreclosed houses by the dozen going to crap from neglect. The scrap metal thieves were doing pretty good business though, the scrap yards around Flint were doing really good.

Spot On. I am in the process of purchasing another rental property on the street I currently have a rental on. There have been three foreclosures on this street alone this month. Local Detroit radio, and TV gleefully report the Administration lies. Sadly Two of these homes have Obama yard signs in the front yard! Ya cant fix stupid.
