I am sorry that church people have hurt your family. It depends on the church, but some churches seem to breed legalists who are anything but loving. Not all churches are like that. (I hope mine won’t be!)
I would like to know more. Perhaps knowing what your son went through I could prevent the same from happening to someone else.
