I believe it was LBJ and a democrat congress that passed the law forbidding Church's from talking politics from the pulpit or they would lose their freedom from being taxed. Unless you were a black church, then you could talk politics all you wanted....(they were almost 100% democrat) I am glad to see some black pastors preaching against the democrat philosophy and talking about the democrat plantation.... If you take a good look at what democrats believe, there isn't a commandment they like...the most unreligious group of people you won't find any where else...

From what I understand the law is VERY FUZZY. The IRS has yet to prosecute a case and quietly all dimissed all cases before they go to trial. Pastors are now TRYING to be prosecuted so it can go before the Supreme Court.
