The SEALs were able to get communications asking for help. And the emails went out to hundreds of places. How could the CIA lawfully undo the US military?

the CIA does not task the DoD to come rescue its operatives when a covert mission goes bad, unless there was a joint agency task force and a plan in place to do it.

Frankly the only one who could send in the cavalry was the president of the US.

Perhaps obama and his WH team could have cobbled together a quick reaction team when the crisis struck... and made something happen......but that would have required adult leadership at the WH to pull a team together in “the fog of war”, a willingness by the CIA to share intelligence with our agencies and our allies (NATO) and admit what was going on and why ...that they had forged a relationship with this jihadist militia and been betrayed by al Qaeda penetration of it.

obama’s taking charge?

Seriously is there anyone left other than Hollywood, Chrissie Matthews, and Bill Maher who thinks this sock puppet president has that kind of capability, can make that kind of rapid decisions, has that kind of advisors in his inner circle which is all he trusts (Valerie Jarrett?) ... even if he had the will to go kill Libyan muslims to go save 4 Americans who weren't officially supposed to be doing what they were doing?

Why barry would have had to be up all night and miss his beauty sleep and cancel his plans to go to Las Vegas to collect a couple more million for his retirement fund.... er, campaign.
