It’s Jim Moran (D-8-VA) who’s the wifebeating/child molesting/drunken whoremonger. THIS incident involves his son Patrick who Cuccinelli is investigating. With those genes and parental influence, the kid had a good start.
I met AG Cucinelli a few days ago and talked to him about voter fraud. I said that the ability to use utility bills as proof of ID was ridiculous. He thought there was a much bigger problem at the actual voter registration level. We both agreed that it was nuts that VA law requires the state board of elections to ask him to intervene and investigate cases of potential voter fraud. He can’t just do so on his own initiative.
