Bush for Katrina but not 0bama for Sandy. At least Bush sent the Coast Guard in immediately to rescue people.
Bush sent in everything possible. A friend in the TN National Guard said “ the air couldn’t have supported one more aircraft”

Not only that but Bush phoned the governor of Louisiana three times to tell him to ask for help, but the governor refused. The President cannot help until it is requested by the governor. This law prevents a president from taking over any and all states.
