I do remember Sven saying he saw them.
I also remember Sven saying something about SENDING docs, either to Orly or Sheriff Arpaio.
His howdy page only says how the document holder can get a copy of his OWN info.
Not how you or I could get it.

Could you tell us WHERE and WHEN you saw the USCIS docs?
And whether you sent any 0 USCIS docs to Orly or sheriff Arpaio?
Sven's homepage only applies to the person themselves, who are looking for a certified true copy of their own Certificate of Naturalization.
It doesn't mention anything about an interested "3rd party" who might want to get a hold of someone elses Certificate of Naturalization. I doubt such a thing would even be possible without a court order.
