Actually, I hope the jobs are coming from Michigan. Let those union zombies really feel the pain of forward hope and change.

Mmm, mmm, mmm, Barack Hussein Obama.
I believe that's how the little kids' song went.
Y'all boys in Detroit can sing that now, if you want.

LITTLE ROCK — Hawker Beechcraft announced the company will be closing three of its facilities, including its operations at Adams Field in Little Rock.

The announcement came in an open letter from Hawker Beechcraft, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Steve Miller to the company’s employees. In the letter, Miller says that the company will be laying off 240 employees total as it begins to shut down Hawker Beechcraft Services (HBS) locations in Little Rock, Mesa, Ariz., and San Antonio, Texas.

The letter also states that the company will be reducing its workforce by approximately 170 people between Little Rock and Wichita, Kan.

From the article:

“The GM Auto plant will produce Chevrolet and Opel vehicles for sale in Russia”

“Auto companies sold 1.14 million vehicles in Russia in the first five months of the year, up 15% from a year earlier, according to the Association of European Businesses’ Automobile Manufacturers Committee.

GM sold 74,788 Chevrolets in Russia in the first five months of the year, up 18%, and 32,190 Opels, up 34%.”

“Chevrolet was the third most popular brand in Russia for the first five months of the year, behind Lada and Renault.”

Why blame GM? Nobody want their cars in America and Russia has terribly high tariffs to import.

Cadillac STS was some $100,000 then it was available on Russian market. A bad competitor to any similar Russian-built car.

Why don’t let them build there to generate some sells instead of sucking American taxpayers?
