and what about the taste and texture?
I had tried the Paleo Bread (made from coconut) it was really pretty terrible.
on the other hand, ive had good luck wiht Carb Smart, 3 net per slice....
and karbkruncher bagels, regular,cinn/raisin, and multi grain, 5 or 6 net carbs....
here in pittsburgh, our great local mancini’s bakery makes a low carb italian, i think itz 7 grams a slice...pretty good too
It is like a bran muffin as far as taste and texture. I tried once useing Cauliflower as a potato substitute -—UGGG-—Its not like that... The next time I’l make a hole in the muffin dough center and fill it with sugarless jam. ....If I was making this for a Sandwich I’d add a pinch of salt. (Sorry about the GIANT photo my html is basic) ...Note there a lot of ideas at the site...
