I'd say right where the GOP establishment and Romney wanted her to be. Same with Newt and Cain.

They would never have supported her and everyone knows that, especially Palin.

I bet she was blocked out. Should she fight the GOP-e to support their candidate? Or, maybe she couldn't bring herself to go along with them.
