This data is bogus. The over 100% is based on cards counted. There were two cards per voter. The actual results are posted at the county web site at:

The statement of cards cast is also there. There was 70% voter turnout. BTW, Roseanne Barr got 145 votes for President there.
I think the poster of this statement is correct...and no one has refuted him/her.
We had 67% turnout in Orange County, with 3 pages of voting cards. Wouldn’t our county have shown up as over 100% vote as well then?
