Of course. The Washington compost had an article detailing the Petraeus story. Supposedly, all of this was presented to James Clapper, Petraus’s boss 2 weeks ago. He reportedly demanded Petraeus’s resignation...but it did not occur until today...conveniently missing the election and over the weekend also to limit its impact on the news cycle.

Governmental agencies are supposed to be run at the field level outside political influences. Purposely withholding information consitutes as in this case a misleading of the American public by not disclosing one addtional bit of malfeasance and incompetence. It also help keep the Bengazi story off the front page.

To me this may have criminal implications of coverup.

So... why wasn't Petraus' security clearance revoked immediately upon learning this information by the "Chumpmander In Chief?" Oh, I see, it wasn't revoked for political reasons. There is nothing that possibly could have been compromised for those few days.
