They are partisan Obamista Democrats whose motto is "ours is not to question why. Ours is but to lie and lie."In Newspeak, “objective” means the same thing as a modifier of “journalist" as “liberal” means as a modifier of “politician" - but it would be bad Newspeak (i.e., double plus ungood) grammar to speak of either a “liberal” journalist or an “objective” person who is not employed as a journalist.

Yes.Journalists take up their profession out of a desire to be influential without taking responsibility for actually doing anything - by assuring that they are able to second-guess others, and prevent others from second-guessing them.They systematically use the miracle of the AP newswire to provide them with information which others do not (yet) have, and exploit that (actually superficial) advantage in knowledge to gain an aura of wisdom (which they are cunning enough to call it “objectivity” rather than “wisdom,” even though wisdom is precisely what they want you to think they have). And from their commanding propaganda heights, they promote politicians who go along to get along with their “consumer” attachment, giving them positive labels (“progressive,” “moderate,” “liberal”)- and deride those who represent the producing function with negative labels (“extremist,” “right wing,” - yes, and “conservative).
