How to prove voter fraud in St. Lucie county, FL:

1) Count the number of votes cast in St. Lucie county 2) Count the number of people registered to vote in St. Lucie county 3) If #1 is more than #2, there is voter fraud.

Yes, but that wasn't the case. The number of vote "cards" counted was greater than the number of registered voters, but the ballot was so long that each voter received 2 cards. The number of votes cast in any given race was ~70% of the number of registered voters.

Unfortunately the “140% turnout” number seems to have taken on a life of its own. We will be hearing about it for the next four years (at least) even though it is bullshit.

http://www.slcelections.com/Pdf%20Docs/2012%20General/GEMS%20SOVC%20REPORT.pdf

The number of cards cast, as shown in this report, is not twice the number of voters, which would be the case if each voter turned in two cards.

In District 63 “School House” the turnout was 154, yet cards cast only 105. Should have been 308 cards cast if they got two cards.

If what you say is true then each precinct would show a turnout of 200%, unless a variable amount of voters chose to turn in only one card and take, or throw away, the other.

Found it:

” note* - turnout percentages will show over 100% due to a two page ballot. the tabulation system (GEMS) provides voter turnout as equal to the total cards cast in the election divided by the number of registered voters. also note that some voters chose not to return by mail the second card containing the amendments.”
