I didn’t read through the end of the thread, but with the “it’s good to be king” comment I thought right away of the “I’m King of the World” clip from Titanic. (I never even saw the movie, but that clip is iconic.) Can you photoshop him onto the background on the bow of the Titanic with the “I’m king of the world!” quote on it. Maybe a group shot of the family with him in center. Maybe you could even come up with some guise for taking a family picture with him in the middle with arms raised, etc..
Maybe a terrible idea, but it does carry on the good natured teasing which can sometimes be a little fun, too, and generally something I’ve always viewed as endearment.
