My solution is easy. I figure my tax hike pretty much equivalent to the amount of money I throw in the trash on PACs and candidates (I stopped donating to the GOP itself years ago). I am getting out of the money/politics game totally. I have never gotten a single favor or dime of new business or government benefit as a result of my donations anyway. So add the tax hikes and take away the money I’ve been wasting and it is pretty much a break even.
The most valuable currency in the political arena is MY vote.
