Uh...yes. That doesn't make it any less ridiculous and false. That was my point. The USSC has a tendency to make illogical and false judgments, based on the people and the times, rather than the clear meaning of the constitution.

That's where we are headed with the 2nd. The USSC will say it doesn't mean what the framers and 200 years of court decisions says it means...that all of that was wrong...and it's not unconstitutional for the federal government to seize weapons from citizens.

That's the point when EVERYONE (gun owner or not) will have to make a choice: Obey the "new" law of the land...or fight. I've already began to purge myself of liberal friends and family...because I know the day is coming for the choice to be made...and I would rather not have to "fight" someone I am close with. I would rather sever the relationship now...and thus not have any hesitations later.

The only thing ridiculous and false about it was to consider slaves as any kind of citizen. It is also false that it was a USSC decision. It was not.
