Okay, I found this. It is obvious from this video that the report was during the day, I didn't see a time stamp though.

It was being reported that an AR 15 was found in the trunk, yet the video of the removal of the rifle is obviously not an AR 15.

The newscaster says this report is from FEDERAL officials.

You don’t need a time stamp. Clearly the video was taken when it was dark — atleast after 6:00. This is atleast 8 hours after the shooting.

I just find it hard to believe that they would wait that long to check out his vehicle and whatever weapons and ammunition that he had in it.
