It’s time for secession.
Hugh and many of his Salem host associates, prefer to attribute Obama’s actions to ignorance, about what does and doesn't work in the world of economics.
Let's look at some facts, and then determine whether there may be a clear motive, beyond ignorance, that explains Obama’s actions.
1-Catastrophic levels of Spending, for non-value added programs, that promote government dependence rather that self-reliance.
2-Suppression of Industrial, Agricultural, and Energy production, by multiple Departments, including EPA, Agriculture, Interior, and Commerce.
3-Devistation in the Cost and Availability of NECESSARY Healthcare, in an effort to drive a gov’t monopoly in the management of healthcare.
4-Capping of Charitable Deductions, in an effort to increase reliance on Gov’t Programs (and garner more votes).
The best Charities operate at about 90% efficiency, when it comes to getting assistance where it is needed.
When gov’t attempts the same role, their efficiency is somewhere south of 25 %.
5-Religious oppression-Do whatever you like, within the 4 walls of your Church, just make sure you keep your opinions about public policy to yourself, and don't expose others to your beliefs....UNLESS, you're Muslim, then you will not be held to account.
6-Defense & Foreign Policy-Let’s kill any weapon system that might be an effective deterrent to our enemies, and undermine the integrity of our personnel with social policies and rules of engagement that render the ineffective. Let's embolden our enemies and shun our allies. Combined, these are not the actions or policies, born out of ignorance. These are the tools of the intentional destruction of America, use to "fundamentally transform" us into a failed Republic. It's well passed time to state this clearly.
