How did those “legal means” work out in preventing an ineligible person from becoming President or even having a fair hearing on the matter? Has any govt official been brought to justice for fast and furious and hundreds of dead innocent people in the attempt at gun control? (claimed executive privilege when will that be decided?) They will stop at nothing.

Exactly right. We are no longer a nation of law.
That lies in part with conservatives unwillingness to actually get involved in politics or even start a good boycott. We need more participation in the political process not a few hotheads going around shooting people.

We do not have diddley squat. We have a federal judiciary that wants to support Obama at all costs rather than use stare decisis to write judgements in line with the Constitution.
