Like any other dictator, he wants men around him who will be loyal to him. He knows the military and law enforcement officers for the most part won't fall in line with his socialist policies and carry out his orders. He dreams of a well-funded, well organized army who will protect him and do as he directs. He is also cutting back our military forces...let's see where the money from this cost-cutting measure goes....
