Kids on the farms here learn to shoot tin cans off a log at 20 yards when they are 8 years old. Later the Army looks for these kids in recruitment to use as snipers. I taught my brother how to shoot a 22 LR 19 magazine when he was 6 years old. The gun was bigger than he was.
